“三创”教育与专业教育融合的提质赋能路径探析

摘要:“三创”教育理念是适应新时代新形势下的重要人才培养理念,通过实施“三创”教育,为高等教育植入创新、创业、创造的灵魂,不仅是“双创”教育的未来,也是高等教育的未来。“三创”教育与专业教育融合是高等教育新的历史使命,是高素质创新型人才培养的时代要求,是高等教育推进素质教育的有效举措。本文以服务产业转型升级为导向,产教融合协同构建“一主线、二平台、三对接、四层次、五协同”的全过程提质赋能路径,形成教育和产业统筹融合、良性互动格局,全面实现人才培养的增值赋能。

AbstractThe concept of “three creative” education is an important talent training concept adapted to the new era and new situation. The soul of innovation, entrepreneurship and creation is implanted in higher education through the implementation of“three creative”education. Which is not only the future of mass innovation and innovation education, but also the future of higher education. The integration of “three creative” education and professional education is a new historical mission of higher education, a requirement of the times to cultivate high-quality innovative talents, and an effective measure to promote quality education in higher education. The integration of production and education to build the whole process of quality improvement and empowerment path of “one main line, two platforms, three docking, four levels, and five common” guided by the transformation and upgrading of the service industry, which form a pattern of overall integration and positive interaction between education and industry, and fully realize the value-added empowerment of personnel training.
